Following feedback received at our first exhibition on 13th June 2024, Capbal Kilwinning Limited has provided a response to some of the key issues raised by members of the public. The boards below outline examples of some of the feedback received to date and provides responses to these.
Your Questions Answered
The purpose of this exhibition is to gather the views of the local community and answer any questions you may have in relation to the proposals.
You can submit queries by emailing advice@mcinally-associaties.co.uk or clicking ‘Submit a Query’ button below. The deadline for questions will be 18th July 2024. We will endeavour to answer all queries via email within a 48 hour period (during office hours).
This online event will be available for viewing between the 13th June and 18th July 2024 with formal comments accepted until 1st August 2024. Formal comments should be e-mailed to advice@mcinally-associates.co.uk or by clicking the ‘Submit a Formal Comment’ button below.
Please note that this online event does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to North Ayrshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to North Ayrshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
